14.0 Ali-ali Alicante Ali-ali Alicante (Alicante...duh)

Yeah so we did NOTHING in Alicante.  Sal wasn't kidding when he said that it was a beach destination with absolutely no architecture there.  Therefore this post will be short.  On our one full day there we laid around the hotel, painted our toenails (bright orange...yeah), went to the pool on the roof, took multiple naps, sketched, probably napped again, and went to dinner.  I did manage to dip my toe in the Mediterranean the day we arrived , but it was only for a second because it started pouring rain immediately after and I ran screaming from the beach.  Always classy.
